By accessing or using the AstroPhone platform operated by AWEB LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Services.

AstroPhone provides AI-powered telephony and messaging services. We utilize third-party providers (Twilio, OpenAI) to facilitate these services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Sending unsolicited spam or phishing messages.
• Transmitting content related to SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) or illegal substances.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding recipients.

Violation of this AUP will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AWEB LLC. You retain ownership of the data you upload (contacts, knowledge base files).

In no event shall AWEB LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
